The Macallan Colour Collection 12 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in American oak casks, harmoniously complemented with a subtle inclusion from European oak, all seasoned with sherry wine from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. It is part of a travel retail exclusive series launched in September 2023, celebrating Macallan's commitment to natural color and sherry seasoning. The Macallan distillery was founded in 1824 by Alexander Reid and is now owned by the Edrington Group.
