Mild and lightly drying, with floral sweetness, sea salt, crisp notes, peat smoke, maritime hints, smoked beef, mossy peat, vanilla, apple, burnt sugar, and rock salt.
Palate
Light and smooth, starting sweet and salty, building with heat, glorious peat smoke, chilli, warming spiciness, caramel, tar, green peat, pepper, roast almonds, and salty smoke.
Finish
Long, with dry rice, white chocolate, toffee, dry smoke, black pepper, grilled pineapple, honey, caramel, dried herbs, sea salt, earthy smoke, and ash.
