Surprisingly mild, sweet and smooth, with a rich, oily texture. With water, a hugely complex, smoky-sweet and warming taste, balanced by salt and aromatic smoke.
Finish
Long, warming, very smoky, with a lingering, gently pungent and powerfully smoky. Slightly drying, with a hint of mint.
