Fragrant with floral citrus blossom and sandalwood, nougat, marzipan, toasted almonds, honey, peaches, reminiscent of simnel cake.
Palate
Vibrant citrus with dried orange and zesty lemon peel, butterscotch, vanilla, nutty, oaky spice, creme caramel, Danish pastries with maple pecan plaits. Rich, balanced, and sweet but not cloying.
Finish
Black pepper, ginger biscuits, lemon drops, floral, spicy oak, long almondy finish without bitterness. Rich and smooth texture.
