Palate
An ultra-smooth, oily texture with a brief sweetness, tinged with salt and pepper, becoming savory and smokier. It offers sweet toffee, Jamaica cake, wood fires, coal dust, and prominent mouth-gripping tannins.
Finish
Long, sweetly warming, and faintly smoky, reminiscent of smoldering beech leaves and chanterelle mushrooms, with notes of salted caramel, cigar ash, and a reasserting smokiness.
